An Organ Second To None: Human Heart

The importance of a heart can be shown by any of the Bollywood movie where the main plot revolves around the protagonist who loses her “heart” to the beautiful lady who, as it turns out most the time, becomes his life partner and they live happily ever after. But have you ever wondered what the story of a Bollywood movie would be like if the hero had a heart problem. A beautiful story will turn into a tragic drama. This can happen not just in movies but in real life also where a heart condition might change the happy life that you have lived till now. But to make sure that your life story stays as happy as it always was, many hospitals are providing best heart surgeries in India to patients who have developed a heart problem.

Heart is a vital organ to the working of the human body and at the same time a very delicate organ too which performs the very important function of pumping the oxygen rich blood in the body due to which the tissues present in the body stays alive. The human heart itself is made of muscle so it too needs blood which is provided by two sets of arteries branching out of the aorta. Hindrance caused to any of these arteries causes a heart attack or damage to the muscles of the heart. Another problem that a heart can face is Cardiac arrest. It is different from a heart attack and is caused when there is electrical disturbance in the heart rhythm. It might also occur due of a heart attack but not only because of it. Although it is advised to take good care of ones heart by maintaining a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and doing regular exercise, a heart problem may still develop and to cure it, a heart surgery is needed. Not only in complications but a surgery is also done to repair or replace heart valve, to replace the whole heart and treat heart failure among other things.

We may now safely come to this conclusion that heart, the king organ of our body also demands to be treated like a king.
